TeeRex PFN Star (6)

The Innova TeeRex is an overstable power distance driver (11/4/0/4) that combines the trusted flight shape of a TeeBird with the speed of a Wraith and a dominant, dependable fade. The strong resistance to high-speed turn makes it a reliable choice for headwinds, big sidearm shots and any line that needs to finish hard left for a right-hand backhand release. Out of the hand at full power it tracks neutral and uses its significant glide before pulling into a long, sweeping fade with a confident skip at the end. It is best suited to professional-level players and anyone who throws at high arm speed, since lower-power throwers will see the fade dominate the flight. As the plastic seasons, the high-speed flight stays neutral while the fade softens, easing the disc toward a more workable distance shape. Innova premium plastics such as Star, Champion, GStar and Halo Star hold the listed flight longest, while baseline DX and Pro season faster.

Plast: Star: Star is Innova's flagship premium blend, combining the long-haul durability of Champion with grip closer to the Pro family. Star discs share the same flight characteristics as their Champion counterparts but feel slightly less firm in the hand, which suits players who want premium flight retention without the slick rim. The blend resists dome change and rim damage well over hundreds of throws, and many Star molds are available for custom hot stamping. As a premium plastic, Star holds its listed flight numbers far longer than baseline blends, which season faster within a few weeks of regular play into deeper turn and softer, earlier fade.
