About the Getaway

The Getaway by Dynamic Discs fills a special role in your bag—designed to execute when the pressure is on. With flight numbers Speed 9.0, Glide 5.0, Turn -0.5, and Fade 3.0, this fairway driver offers a flight pattern suited for experienced players. You’ll be surprised how much carry you get—without sacrificing accuracy. Its fade brings it home reliably, perfect for controlled landings. You’ll love it off the tee—or as a reliable option for second shots.

The plastic: Lucid

A premium plastic known for its longevity and gradual break-in period.

How it flies now

Condition 6. Seasoned. Thrown many rounds, scratches and minor rim dings, but in fully good shape. This is where it has settled: less fade, more glide, and on a flat release it goes straight where a new one would have hyzered out. Getaway is seriously overstable with fade in reserve: seasoning softens the hyzer a little, but it never stops finishing.

About used discs

A disc seasons as it gets thrown. The rim wears, the fade softens and the disc flies straighter than its flight numbers say. Premium plastic holds its shape for a long time, base plastic seasons in a few rounds, and an overstable disc takes it better than an understable one.
