About the Malm

The Malm from Kastaplast is no ordinary fairway driver—it’s crafted to redefine your expectations on the course. With flight numbers Speed 10.0, Glide 4.0, Turn 0.0, and Fade 2.5, this fairway driver offers a flight pattern suited for advanced players. Its fade brings it home reliably, perfect for controlled landings. Whether you’re chasing birdies or saving par, this disc delivers under pressure.

The plastic: K1

K1 Line: A very durable plastic available in both translucent and opaque colors.

How it flies now

Condition 7. Barely seasoned. A few rounds, no heavy dings, lots left to give. The fade has softened a notch and it holds a straight line a little longer, but the flight numbers still hold. Malm is seriously overstable with fade in reserve: seasoning softens the hyzer a little, but it never stops finishing.

About used discs

A disc seasons as it gets thrown. The rim wears, the fade softens and the disc flies straighter than its flight numbers say. Premium plastic holds its shape for a long time, base plastic seasons in a few rounds, and an overstable disc takes it better than an understable one.
