Prices and payment
Each item is listed with 0% VAT as sales are made in accordance with profit margin taxation. This means that VAT cannot be deducted from a purchase.
In the shopping cart you can see the total price including shipping.
Shipping conditions are indicated at checkout.
Returns
Unfortunately, we do not offer returns. If the product does not meet your expectations, please contact us.
Right of withdrawal
Your right of withdrawal (withdrawal period) is valid for 14 days. Your message to us must clearly state that you are changing your mind. The withdrawal period starts on the day you receive the goods.
You are obliged to keep the goods in as good a condition as when you received them. You may not use it, but of course, you must examine it carefully. If the goods are damaged or lost due to your negligence, you lose your right of withdrawal.
If you have exercised your right of withdrawal, we will reimburse what you have paid for the goods as soon as possible or at the latest within 30 days from the day we received the goods. You will have to pay the costs of returning the goods when you send them back.
