About the Roc3

The Roc3 from Innova is no ordinary midrange—it’s crafted to redefine your expectations on the course. With flight numbers Speed 5.0, Glide 4.0, Turn 0.0, and Fade 3.0, this midrange offers a flight pattern suited for intermediate and advanced players. Its fade brings it home reliably, perfect for controlled landings. From windy days to tunnel shots, it shines when it counts most.

The plastic: Champion

Champion plastic from Innova is a premium quality plastic that maintains a similar flight even after multiple tree hits. Discs in Champion plastic are typically more stable and transparent.

How it flies now

Condition 7. Barely seasoned. A few rounds, no heavy dings, lots left to give. The fade has softened a notch and it holds a straight line a little longer, but the flight numbers still hold. Roc3 is seriously overstable with fade in reserve: seasoning softens the hyzer a little, but it never stops finishing.

About used discs

A disc seasons as it gets thrown. The rim wears, the fade softens and the disc flies straighter than its flight numbers say. Premium plastic holds its shape for a long time, base plastic seasons in a few rounds, and an overstable disc takes it better than an understable one.
