About the Tern

The Tern from Innova is no ordinary distance driver—it’s crafted to redefine your expectations on the course. With flight numbers Speed 12.0, Glide 6.0, Turn -2.0, and Fade 2.0, this distance driver offers a flight pattern suited for intermediate and advanced players. It hovers effortlessly with impressive glide, carrying further than you'd expect. Throw it flat and watch it ride gently to the right before fading back. Finishes with a confident fade—reliable into headwinds or for strategic placement. You’ll love it off the tee—or as a reliable option for second shots.

The plastic: Champion

Champion plastic from Innova is a premium quality plastic that maintains a similar flight even after multiple tree hits. Discs in Champion plastic are typically more stable and transparent.

How it flies now

Condition 6. Seasoned. Thrown many rounds, scratches and minor rim dings, but in fully good shape. This is where it has settled: less fade, more glide, and on a flat release it goes straight where a new one would have hyzered out. Tern is understable straight from the factory: expect a flip to flat, and the more seasoned the more turn.

About used discs

A disc seasons as it gets thrown. The rim wears, the fade softens and the disc flies straighter than its flight numbers say. Premium plastic holds its shape for a long time, base plastic seasons in a few rounds, and an overstable disc takes it better than an understable one.
