About the Destiny

Good glide, should give a long, nice S-curve on throws with a little less power.

The plastic: VIP

VIP Plastic (Comparable to Latitude 64 Opto Plastic): Westside's VIP plastic is 98% similar to Latitude 64’s Opto plastic. This high-tech plastic offers exceptional durability, allowing discs to retain their flight characteristics over time. The metal flake version provides more stability in flight.

How it flies now

Condition 6. Seasoned. Thrown many rounds, scratches and minor rim dings, but in fully good shape. This is where it has settled: less fade, more glide, and on a flat release it goes straight where a new one would have hyzered out. Destiny is stable: new it flies straight with a clear fade at the end, seasoned it holds the straight part longer.

About used discs

A disc seasons as it gets thrown. The rim wears, the fade softens and the disc flies straighter than its flight numbers say. Premium plastic holds its shape for a long time, base plastic seasons in a few rounds, and an overstable disc takes it better than an understable one.
