Undertaker First Run Z (7)

Discraft Undertaker is a fairway driver with intended flight 9/5/-1/2, a stable shape that balances a touch of turn with a manageable fade for a long, controlled flight. Off the hand it shows a small workable amount of right drift early on, then rides through a long straight middle helped by the healthy 5 glide, before closing with a moderate left fade that brings it home without skipping hard. That balanced shape suits the Undertaker to shaped fairway shots, controllable distance lines, hyzer-flips that ride flat across the middle of the flight, and steady forehands where a predictable finish matters. Lower arm speeds will see it trend more understable over time, eventually flipping easily for less powerful arms, while higher arm speeds can hold the intended S-curve cleanly. Discraft's premium ESP, Z, Titanium, and Big Z plastics will hold the stable shape longest, while baseline Pro D versions break in toward a flippier, more turnover-friendly fairway driver.

Plast: Z: Discraft Z is the foundational premium blend in the lineup, a firm, slightly translucent plastic with a glassy surface and excellent shape retention. The rim feels hard and crisp in the hand, suiting power throwers who want overstable drivers to hold their fade for the long haul. Z resists chipping and scuffing better than most opaque blends, and stamp foils tend to read cleanly against the semi-transparent base. Cold weather can make the surface feel slick. Premium plastics like Z hold listed flight numbers far longer, while baseline plastics deepen turn and soften fade within weeks.
