Berg K1 (6)

The Kastaplast Berg is a deeply overstable putter built for the moments when a disc absolutely must not glide past the basket, with a distinctive ergonomic thumb track that makes it feel unlike any other putter in the bag. The 1/1/0/2 flight rating pins it firmly on the overstable end of the putt-and-approach chart, with very low glide and a hard, dependable fade. Fresh, it resists turn at every power level, holds hyzer lines through wind, and dives predictably for spike-hyzer approaches, scramble shots and tight uphill putts. As the Berg beats in it loses very little of its overstability, gradually softening into a still-stable approach disc that remains a trusted utility tool. In premium K1 or K1 Hard plastic the Berg keeps its hard finish for a long time with excellent grip, while baseline K3 and K3 Soft give a softer, tackier hand-feel that approach players favour for short, controlled landings on windy days.

Plast: K1: K1 is Kastaplast's flagship premium blend, used across the brand's distance drivers and many fairways and putters. The plastic is translucent, fairly firm, and slightly grippy out of the box, designed for long-term flight retention and predictable behavior on full-power lines. It breaks in slowly and gracefully rather than going limp, which makes it well suited for shelf-stable bag staples players want to trust over many seasons. As a premium plastic, K1 holds its listed flight far longer than baseline blends; baseline plastics in the same mold season faster, picking up deeper turn and softer, earlier fade within a few weeks of regular play.
