Whether you’re facing a tight fairway or a wide-open bomb shot, the Tempo from Axiom adapts with confidence. With flight numbers Speed 4.0, Glide 4.0, Turn 0.0, and Fade 2.5, this putter offers a flight pattern suited for intermediate and advanced players. Finishes with a confident fade—reliable into headwinds or for strategic placement. Great for forehands, backhands, or tricky lies where trust is everything.
Plast: Neutron: Neutron Plastic (MVP): MVP's flagship plastic, Neutron, is known for its vibrant colors that make it easy to spot in any terrain. It shares the same durable structure as Proton plastic, offering long-lasting performance. The soft variant adds a touch of flexibility, making it slightly grippier while still maintaining its durability. Axiom R2 marks reground or recycled plastic blends — second-run material reprocessed into new discs at a lower price point, cutting waste while keeping much of the parent plastic's performance. The feel in hand is close to the parent base, with slightly more run-to-run variation in stiffness and finish. Flight follows the source plastic; R2 does not change a mold's stability, glide, turn or fade. On the second-hand market, R2 is value-tier plastic: it sells at a clear discount to virgin premium and is bought as an affordable, low-risk option rather than a collector's piece, so it holds less resale value but moves easily. Durability and break-in generally run about one tier below virgin premium — an R2 disc tends to beat in and go understable a bit sooner than the same mold in full premium plastic.
