The Axiom Virus is an understable fairway-leaning distance driver at 9 / 5 / -3.5 / 1, billed as Axiom's easiest-to-throw distance driver thanks to a glidey, responsive understable profile that keeps it floating in the air. Power throwers can flex huge turnover shots that finish with a straight-forward fade, while average throwers extend and shape lines using the Virus's natural turn and gentle finish, comparing closely to a worn-in MVP Impulse. Out of the box it flies understable with light fade, broken in it turns harder and the fade nearly disappears, and a well-worn Virus becomes a true roller and tailwind hyzer-flip option. GYRO plastic options include premium Neutron, Plasma, Cosmic Neutron, Fission, and Proton for varied dome and durability, with baseline Electron tiers generally reserved for slower-speed molds rather than this high-speed driver class.
