The plastic offers a soft, tacky surface that bites into chains on push and spin putts, and it conforms slightly to the hand for repeatable release timing on short shots. BT is a sensible everyday choice for circle-one work and short upshots without paying premium pricing. As a mid-tier polymer it holds its listed flight numbers reasonably well, but it will gain noticeable extra turn and a softer fade within a few weeks of heavy play, while a premium blend in the same mold would preserve the original pattern far longer.
